Short Stories
Defender Darren Dennehy played the whole ninety minutes as Ireland U21's lost 3-1 to Nigeria in the second game of the Under-23 Intercontinental Cup tournament this aftenoon.

Ipswich's Billy Clarke struck for Ireland. Ireland face Iraq in their final game on Tuesday.

Rumours in the Italian media have linked Victor Anichebe with a move to German side Bayer Leverkusen.

With no quotes, and no figures mentioned, this rumour is far-fetched at best, but keep your eye out for Germans in suits at West Derby cashpoints...

Lee Carsley could make a shock move to Birmingham City, according to the Sun.

He will get a two-year deal — double what we are offering.

About NSNO.co.uk
Si, Sunday 01 January 2006 - 14:45:03

NSNO is a website dedicated to bringing Evertonians around the world the latest news and views on Everton Football Club.

NSNO.co.uk was born on Friday 25th June 2004 and consisted of Simon Paul designing and creating the bulk of the content, with Shaun Cox and Ken Stewart adding news and comments along the way.

Ian Mills joined soon afterwards, providing video content as well as news and comments.

Sadly, Shaun and Ken no longer participate in the growth of NSNO, which has seen us invest in our own server to house the site, and become a part of Everton FC's un-official website program, which supplies images for our use. But their efforts early on deserve credit, as do "St Domingo's" provision of early artwork for the site.

"Justablue" did join us though, and contributes excellent news items and comment on the club on a regular basis, as well as keeping his watchful eye over he ever growing forum area of the site.

"Rhys" also joined in late 2005, while "Halewood Blue" started to produce "Fans' Match Reports" - the site was also given a new header with thanks to Blaze.

The extra large image of the current home kit that you see in the background of the site comes courtesy of Andy Rudak, aka Bound on our forums, and, for our administrators at least, the final piece in the jigsaw as to how we want NSNO to hit the screens for now.

"Chris" joined the admin team towards the end of 2006, and his inside knowledge and his keen interest in the youth set-up at Everton are a real bonus to the site.

NSNO has been tested on Internet Explorer, Opera, and Mozilla Firefox, and it is the latter which is our recomended browser, for ALL your internet browsing, not just NSNO.

It is available from www.mozilla.org

Everton Football Club

No longer recognise NSNO as a fans' site due to our reporting of issues and broadcasting of information that the Communications Department at Everton would rather you, the fans, did not know about.

We find the behaviour of this department both unprofessional and petty, but understand that they feel their time is better spent harrassing Evertonians rather than doing the job they are paid for and broadcasting the message of Everton to the world.

They have asked the FA's enforcement agency to ensure we no longer use the club crest, and no longer carry images of Everton playing in Premiership matches, and they themselves visit the site regularly to check up on us.
