Get to the best game in August

It’s everyone’s perfect fixture, well, every Evertonians’ perfect fixture, and it’s finally happening this August at Goodison Park.

Tickets for the unique Everton v Everton game on Wednesday 4th August will cost as little as £3.

That’s the price for juniors and OAPs. Adults will pay £10, although season ticket holders can buy a ticket for just £7 if they purchase during a special one-week-long period starting next Monday (July
5th).

Given that this is a rare opportunity to see a top South American club in action – Everton were champions of Chile in 2008 – these are brilliant prices.

And it’s quite likely that this will be the best game at Goodison in August.

The manager of the visiting Everton, Nelson Acosta (manager of Chile when they beat England at Wembley in 1998) has said his team will be treating this game as a cup final. And just before they fly over, they will have played a couple of games in the Chilean League, so they will be flying in more ways than one.
