Is it time Moyes moved on?
There have been numerous posts creeping into the Everton forums of late which suggest David Moyes has done all he can at Everton and should move on, leaving the path clear for whatever other manager Walter Smith can recommend.
These threads burst out of the woodwork yesterday after Everton slumped to yet another disappointing result which stretches our run without a win to five games at the start of the Premier League season, and the Blues firmly at the wrong end of the table.
So, what is the wider opinion? Has David Moyes had his day at Goodison Park? Have his 8 years in charge been nice but thanks for trying? Or will he turn it around and actually see an Everton captain lift some meaningful silverware anytime soon?
