Sources close to Everton have indicated to NSNO that David Moyes is in negotiations with Stoke City and Tuncay to bring him to Goodison Park.
The Blues’ boss is desperately short of an attacking threat and reportedly believes that Tuncay would fill a gap either as a striker or an added threat to Everton’s now depleted wide areas.
Stoke have apparently given Moyes permission to speak with the player’s agent, but are holding out for a cash offer for the player, although Moyes is stuck trying to cut a loan deal.
Tuncay joined Stoke in 2009 from relegated Middlesbrough and has scored five goals in 44 appearances for the Potters.
