Not Klose enough
June 6, 2011
Everton are apparently about to miss out on signing Bayern Munich star Miroslav Klose as he seeks somewhere closer to his £90,000 a week salary in his next contract.
Lazio are said to be closest to meeting his expectations, offering huge bonuses and signing on fee, and despite his representatives being impressed by Finch Farm and Everton, are reported to be Klose’s first choice.
Klose turned his back on a new contract at Bayern this week, and on the eve of his 33rd birthday will no doubt be looking for one last payday.
