Clattenberg is the referee for the Carling Cup Final

This is the referee who admitted going on a pre-season "bonding" tour with Liverpool before THAT derby match

The referee who was demoted to the Championship

The man who STILL fucks matches up and is openly criticised for it on national TV when other referees escape the finger-pointing

Cardiff facing 12 men before they've even got to Wembley

How he is allowed to officiate Liverpool games is a mystery. In a general reffing point of view, the bloke is beyond inept.

As if Cardiff's task wasn't difficult enough already!what a total tool!...on the subject of refs was it just me or did Peter Walton actually ref the game quite well against City? We're quick enough to slate refs when things don't go our way so thought I'd say he did well. My judgement may be clouded because we won though!

Well, he would, wouldn't he.

But he's wrong, neither of those incidents was a penalty. Fellaini's tackle was as clean as they come and Kolarov cleanly sidefooting the ball onto Neville's hand is a joke claim too.
