Although opinion on our fearless leader seems to have been split at the best of times it seems that recently more and more people are growing frustrated of Mr. Neville.

So, which side of the fence do you sit on?

I hate the useless clubfooted cunt.  Not dislike, hate.

He was shite when we first signed him, and he's now a good 3 years over the hill of being shite.  Pity we couldn't have included him as a BOGOF with Saha last Tuesday.

I was going to make this exact artical just moments ago but didnt thinking it would get a bad reaction so thanks for posting  it.  smug

I think that he is far past his best. Like I posted in the match day threat he has been awful for the best part of 2 years and at 35 isnt going to get better. I hope that he never plays in an Everton shirt again. Whether he is released or becomes a coach I dont give a shit. Should have sold him to Tottenham for however little they offered.

My hatred for Phil Neville is almost inexplicable.

Every time he gets the chance to whip in a cross but instead opts for his power dink my dick falls off due to the sheer rage it induces.

I can't stand watching him play for Everton. Everything he does revolts me.

I don't mind him playing for us. But it's how we use him that is key. With 10 mins to go and we need a little shoring up at the back and we're sitting on a 1 goal lead...I could see that.

Playing in the middle of the park for 45 mins, when we had other options...bizarre.

But that's Moyes fault, not Neville.

He is a liability at the back as well as awful in midfield. If we were hanging on Id rather see Rodwell, Fellaini or Duffy playing CB rather than him coming on for someone.

He was a complete waste of a sub today. I am sure we would have gone on to win had Drenthe been introduced earlier, as well as Vic.

Was he really that bad against Fulham and City?!thought he was pretty good in both of those!today though I had more of an issue with Moyes for the change rather than Neville's perfromance

Lets put it this way, would Evertonians be gutted or chuffed seeing him on the oppositions teamsheet?

Can't say much about him as I don't watch him, but I get the impression he's brought into disrupt the oppositions play rather than be a creative midfielder.

Sorry Verm, but a stupid kneejerk thread. It's time fans spent their energy discussing positives, instead of scapegoating individuals. We seem to always look for somebody to have a go at. First it was Hibbert, and then Osman. Now it's Neville, or Cahill. My sentiment is that if fans aren't happy, and want to have a moan, then go to the match, and voice your opinion. Fans on the Internet having a moan is kind of like stealing a car, then complaining it's too slow.

The only way he disrupts the play is by giving away free kicks every 2 minutes. I could do that

Should have been shipped out to the championship 2 seasons ago. He's holding us back, how he still gets a shirt is beyond belief.Ffs Moyes get a grip and leave him out once and for all and have him coaching or playing somewhere else, and by that i mean another club.
