Lukaku not taking one of his chances will cost us 3 points.  Could be 2 up yet we are left chasing the game again

No urgency to score from us, its as though we are avoiding the final third

Barkley out of position again. Game after game its the same unbalanced line up. Either play barkley through the middle or just don't play him at all.

Need lennon on the other flank for some balance.

We - as a whole, from martinez to the fans - are ruining Ross barkleys career

No. Ross Barkley is doing it.
Well there may be no score, but there's certainly no lack of excitement here. As you can see, Nietzsche has just been booked for arguing with the referee. He accused Confucius of having no free will, and Confucius he say, "Name go in book". And this is Nietzsche's third booking in four games.

the pessimism is depressing, but so is the wayward optimism. we are clearly second best here.

none of that stops me hoping for a break. it aint over until it's over.

He's playing through the middle mate.

Its going to sound odd, but an injury to Barkley putting him out for a few weeks might do him good. Get him completely away and get his head straight.

At the minute we're not playing to his strengths and he's suffering massively for it.

Scored on their first attempt on goal? Could be going in at 1-1 if not for two timely tackles. Naismith or Osman for Barkley Bobby la.

Although we kept possession well this half we did fuck all with it and once the opposition realise they are under no pressure they gain in confidence. We are struggling to get our forwards and full backs into the game by playing too narrow and short in midfield

When Barkley loses possession he will jog a couple of strides to try and get it back then gives up, he needs to take a leaf out of Naismiths book, its as though hes devoid of any quick burst of energy.

Barkley is in his best position. It's down to him that he's playing poor

Arsenal are sleepwalking to victory at the moment, and we're letting them.

If Gibson is fit I'd put him on at HT. Maybe we need to think about taking off one (or two?) of our THREE defensive midfielders.

Awful again though, content to have possession and that's it. Nothing else. We only look vaguely threatening when hitting it long and bypassing the slooow passing in the middle of the park.
