3rd. The game review was just awful. Again.

The format of the show is dire. Needs refreshing.

The 'old boys club' of lineker, Hanson, lawro and shearer needs to go. Is boring

The actual coverage of the game was great, 3 angles and speeds of each goal, class. However both pundits need to be put out to pasture, the have a air of smugness that is annoying to say the least. they offer little in terms of opinion at all, how did Osman do out of position? What about Yaks performance, what about upcoming Derby, what about Birmingham's performance and their chances this season? Instead the focus on a dubious handball which was covered at length in the commentary by Mottyy. Poor, get Ian Wright and Stan Collymore in, I might not allways agree but at least we get insight.

True.  Hansen and Lawrenson are boring and offer nothing.  And Lineker (OK he seems a nice bloke and everything) but everything he says sounds so scripted and un-natural.  You can can tell he has an opinion but he obviously isn't supposed to give it because that's not his role.  Don't get me started on Shearer.

Also, what's wrong with showing the team line-ups before each game?  It would take about 5-10 seconds.  And you always get to see the sub details after they've already happened and during a move so if you read it you've missed something.

Then there's goal of the month which is like drinking alcohol-free beer.
