Back to the OP - I think everyone can now agree that the fraud didn’t have a playbook.

Also, when we eventually start questioning the new manager’s tactics, can we please not use the expression “playbook” ever again? Ta.

Honestly this is my single biggest gripe about him. I hate the lineup announcement every matchday because I know it's going to piss me off.

Nothing to do with favourites, it's about being cautious. Most managers turn to the senior professionals in the squad when under pressure and that's what's happening here.

It's foolish, and he's being let down terribly by them.

It's a bad sign because it shows that fear is leading his thinking, which is a philosophy that will always fail.
