A lad on the WSAG messageboard said last week that this was about to be announced.

Given that he now seems a reliable sort, it's probably worth mentioning that he's also said that Historic England have seen the stadium design and won't kick up too much of a fuss about it, Planning submission is meant to be going in late spring next year.
