You are right, so, let's see Sandro play 90 minutes ! (Apart from the Niasse error the rest of the message was worthy of your like do thanks )
We did appeal, and we lost the appeal, shouting and throwing your toys out of the pram wouldn't have made any difference whatsoever, we don't know but possibly they had the power to increase the ban. It's happened, he gets to play tonight as he won't be playing for another couple of weeks and hopefully plays a confidence boosting blinder !
Why not throw our toys out of the pram though. We've got fuck all to lose. If they increase the ban, they just highlight the issue that you are complaining about even more and make themselves out to be even bigger cunts than they already are.Niasse definitely won't play tonight as he's not in the Europa squad.
Except when it does...http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/arsenal/6190234/Arsenals-Eduardo-has-two-game-diving-ban-overturned.htmlIn case you don’t remember how blatant that dive was:http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xac6s6
He got a ban, they appealed and it was withdrawn, Niasse got a ban, we appealed but it was upheld, we did what they did, what's your point ?
I'm pretty uneasy with Danny Murphy being our judge, jury, and executioner. The little cunt is snidey and biased towards us every opportunity he gets on Match Of The Day.Can you imagine the shite having a hearing over one of their players (I know, stop laughing, but it COULD happen)and them being OK with Sharpy or Reidy on the panel?
I still think you have to be quite vocal about your being singled out, double standards, etc. Otherwise, it will be your turn in the barrel again sooner rather than later. Let the cowards know they need to go after a softer target next time.
Fuck all to lose and fuck all to win, we appealed and lost, what do you want to do, take it to the European Courts of justice, we move on.
No. I wanted the club to kick up a real stink about it, just like the big boys would do if it were them being singled out. Just make the point that they are not happy, Don't agree with the punishment and re-iterate that there is no consistency being shown with these decisions. It's called standing up for yourself and what you believe is right. The FA know that they can bully Everton anytime that they like and we roll over and have our belly tickled every time.
I would like to think that we are a little more mature and professional than to persist with futile juvenile behaviour once an appeal has been declined, it's a waste of energy that needs to be directed elsewhere.
It would be nice if the world worked this way, but it does not reflect the psychology of a bully.
