I thought it would be worthwhile for us to have a thread where we can post great goals/skills/saves as we see them. Technically, these could go in the "Today's Football" thread, but I rarely ever see the weekend's best highlights until one or two days after and it doesn't really make sense to post in that thread retroactively.

The inspiration for starting this is this beautiful Las Palmas team goal from the weekend:

No, you're right. Half-volley is immediately after it bounces.

That's a half-turn volley.

Half-volley to me is the one where you hit the ball right after the bounce, which generates an amazing amount of extra power.
