I bet they do, and I'm not entirely certain we'd reject it.

Is it lowball when he doesn't want to be here, Koeman doesn't want him & he has a year left on his deal?

Is he worth 7m more than Gray in today's market?
Potentially.

I think, at the start of the summer we'd have all taken 25m for Barkley.
Now though, expectations are all over the show.

Well if the Shite media are pushing the narrative that the bidding starts at 120m or whatever for Coutinho, we should flood Twitter with itk shit about Moshiri seeing the fee for Gray will insist on the 50m valuation being met for Ross, just like Swansea are doing with Sigurdsson.

What does "preparing a bid" even mean? I'll tell you what it means.... it means whoever is reporting it, has read somewhere else that it's a possibility a deal could happen at some point, and has just jumped on the boring fucking lazy journalism bandwagon, because they've only got 'Gareth Bale isn't going to United shocker' to report on at the moment.
Yawn!

Is he worth more than 7m then Andre Gray?

is my head on backwards here or what, neither of those sounds real to me.
I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

Didn't come out quite right that first bit. I think he's worth  much more than Gray, I was saying that 25m was low balling when looked at from that point of view.

But yeah, we had no real idea how nuts the market was going to be. In May I think most would have thought 25m would represent a decent offer. Now though? Not quite so simple any more.

I think there will be more than just Spurs monitoring this situation - last year of contract or not it is rare that an opportunity like this comes along.

He'll end up at Chelsea if Arsenal agree a new deal with Oxlade-Chamberlain.
