Don't understand why some of you are so bothered, not as if hes our player right now is it,  he gets a break now and will come back to us fit and well for the start of next season

MCL is nowhere near as serious as ACL, couple of months rather than a year, he'll still be joining us s ready for summer pre season, nothing's changed

Hope so. He can take the place of Lookman who really needs to go and do a bit of growing up elsewhere by playing every week on loan and sharpening up his decision-making.

Plenty of promising young careers have been blighted by an early injury resulting in a loss/stalling of development.

I'd normally assume that, as the parent club with more advanced medical facilities, we'd be handling his recouperation ourselves. But that in itself presents challenges for a player who doesn't know any of our staff and has never even lived in the UK.

I'm sure he'll be fine, but there's good reason to be bothered.

Maybe not. He wouldn't have a work permit.

That's good - he's just strained/stretched them then.  He needs to do his physio properly else he'll end up doing them again worse a year later[Like I did].

Also says he'll be having his treatment at Everton, starting in a few weeks time so an opportunity for him to be integrated with the squad early.

At least he'll have Bolasie to use as his inspiration at FF as he's young enough to heal and come back from it.

Bolasie would be perfect as a mentor as he is endlessly positive.
