You can only hope that City have the same complacency that we suffered from yesterday when they turn up for this one.
Can't see a win, but 1 all draw looks on the cards me thinks.

shove it up their arse I cut my season ticket up yesterday fuck them ,and thats after 40 years plus, no one gives a fuck anymore about supporters, its all self self self, look at Fellaini? early bird renewall, would love to see the uptake, I wont be one

To the cutter upper person, I understand Morales was taken off cos of his hamstring again, not tactical like.
Can't remember feeling less enthusiastic about a match.
Can't remember feeling less enthusiastic about a match.
You watch we will win this and put a brilliant performance in full of passion and we will get into the hard from minute 1 and outplay them.hope this is the case but no signs of it whatsoever at the moment
Going to this with my Mum. She will flip if Fellaini throws a v sign at her!
I'm not even joking with this team by the way.
We have nothing to play for now so lets fucking use some younger players to see if they can be used next season. I guessing Miralles is out and for me their is no point Playing felli now. He's defo off in the summer so why not play other players that are here long term.
The four younger players in that team have been fantastic for the u21's of late and all season.
I don't care thats its against City.. These players are fresh and hungry
Mucha
Coleman Duffy Distin Baines
Pienaar Barkley Gibson Kennedy
Victor Mcaleny
Subs
Springthorpe
Stones
Fellaini
Oviedo
Osman
Jelavic
Vellios
I know it looks extremely unlikely the way we are playing but some people need to realise that we are 2 points from 5th (Europe) not 20.

A spirited win here could work wondersThat wasn't me trying to say we can or will, it's just aimed that the "We've got nothing to play for people". Beat City and we will be 5th (temporarily)
Would love to see Gibson and Fellaini in the middle.
Anyone reckon Felli will actually play,or Moyes will state the usual BS to us fans,"he's picked up a knock in training and we're not sure when he'll be back"!!!(prepares to slit wrists!!)
Fellaini will play and likely play well and be cheered

We have been a bit of a thorn in their side . One team Moyes doesn't bottle it against .
This is a game that we need something out of realistically, the clubs in meltdown at the minute and we need something.
Therefor i fully expect moyes to go with a formation of 8-1-1
Mucha Coleman, Heitinga, Distin, Baines, Mirallas Osman, Gibson, Pienaar, Fellaini* Anichebe. Heavily rumoured team with Fellaini face a late arsehole test.
Tevez rumoured to be out of todays game
Decisions.
Do I waste 90 minutes of my life watching this, or do I stain the front door?
Multitasking. I like your style. Saturday is house cleaning day too. I will get so much done.
Decisions.Get the laptop put it by the door stand and hold the pot of stain by the door and let your seething rage do the rest, you can call it the bally a masterpiece in varnish you may subtitle it subtle anger.
Do I waste 90 minutes of my life watching this, or do I stain the front door?
Tevez starts.Apologies for getting your hopes up earlier!
lol I may end up producing some art like Lizz88!
Osman is captain. Real inspirational choice that one. Ironically, he might shine as he is well rested not having played for about a month

Just out of interest, who would you have on in his place? Neville?
Just out of interest, who would you have on in his place? Neville?
The irony of his sig then his comment is brilliant.
Really really bored of Fellaini up front.
Anyone got a decent stream?
Commentator just said Baines has taken 100 corners and we've only scored once! That's terrible!
The ref is a moron.Agreed
Osman for full time captain!
Wish we'd played like this last week. Breaks your heart. Was just saying that to the Mrs
Penalty on Felli really.
Coleman is having a stormer.
Have to get a second here though....
You had to say it.
We should be 2-0 up anyway.
Fellaini on a yellow scares me when he goes chasing people.
Wish we'd played like this last week. Breaks your heart.
Great goal from Osman. Coleman superb today
:o
Moyes will get absolutely crucified if we come out defensively for the 2nd half, great performance so far though. Why blame Moyes? Players sometimes fall back regardless of the manager bollocking them from the sideline to push up
At least he's doing something this week and showing a bit of passion. I'm really not bothered about him anymore.
wtf is Neville doing warming up :bonk:Being a pro of course.
I'm a fan but Gibson has needlessly give the ball away on a few occasions.
I'm a fan but Gibson has needlessly give the ball away on a few occasions.
He does give him credit from time to time.Spoken like a true Evertonian....
Still can't see us winning this.
This game is not as important.
Can more credit be given to Jan Mucha please. The guy is the definition of total football, Tim Howard could learn a thing or two!
Why blame Moyes? Players sometimes fall back regardless of the manager bollocking them from the sideline to push up
Mancini having a word with Probert coming off there,"Listen Lee wtf are you doing,i know you've dissallowed a perfectly good goal and denied them a clear penalty...but whats Fellaini still doing on the field"
Absolutely fantastic closing down from Anichebe.
Awesome fron Vic.
Shame he snatched at the header after.
We are terrible at taking corners and defending them
Pienaar off. Stupid challenge, especially on a yellow.
Ah I forgot he was on a yellow. Thought it was a straight red.
Watch Moyes replace Mirallas for Neville.
So, it's 10 against 12 for the last 30 minutes.
No why take off Mirallas? Fucking idiot.
Make that 9 against 12.
Wait, Naismith for Kev? Did I miss something?
Wait, Naismith for Kev? Did I miss something?
Mirallas must have underlying fitness concerns. In fairness to Naismit , he's probably better without the ball and he does work hard. Nothing wrong with the sub.
Dammit Vic stop fouling the keeper. Give us a chance on the corners. He's not though that's the issue
He's not though that's the issueExactly
Vic and Coleman fighting it out for MoM, superb
Coleman, most improved player this season.
Naismith wins worst corner of the day award.
Baines put one straight out of play.
got away with murder there! stuck on pen!
Naismith reminds me of watching Boris Johnston at wembley a few years ago
funny how much goes from "awful, horrid, shouldn't even be in the football league" with a few cup performances to "our new No. 1" after 2 PL starts.... he was massive today tho
Naismith reminds me of watching Boris Johnston at wembley a few years ago
Thought Osman's goal was impressive but Jelavic's goal was a thing of beauty

Fantastic performance. Coleman utterly outstanding and definitely MOTM, but Osman, Anichebe and Mucha all superb and on another day could have taken that award themselves.
Probert has an absolute 'mare but we were unbelievably lucky not to get that penalty given against us. I guess if he had not sent Pienaar off he may have given it, but who cares! Superb today and a much needed confidence boost.
Wish we could get so up for every game like that, always raise it against citeh.
Great performances across the park, much improved attitude.
Shame Fellaini and Pienaar will be missing for the next match though.
Clean sheet! Mucha made some quite extraordinary blocks today. Head and shoulders above Joe Hart. (Mwahahaha).
Back above RS and arsenal.
Going to be interesting sorting the PL out this afternoon.
Fantastic performance. Coleman utterly outstanding and definitely MOTM, but Osman, Anichebe and Mucha all superb and on another day could have taken that award themselves. This - and he will get away with it - no one will asked him why he is such an arsehole - and if they do - he won't answer - so happy for all Evertonians today

I think they're out the next two matches, aren't they? Fellaini definitely is.yep.
Did we ever figure out if Pienaar's challenge was a straight red or a second yellow? The marvelous ref had a yellow and a red card in his hand - so I'm pretty sure it was 2 yellow. The second yellow was one of a very few correct decisions
Pienaar was double yellow but it's his second sending off this season, so it's 2 match suspension.
Clears that up.Stoke H, Spurs A :(
Buggers what's our next 2 matches?

Can we, or should we appeal?
We all know it was utter madness.
Can we, or should we appeal? You can't appeal yellow cards unfortunately, the reason why his red card against QPR was not rescinded.
We all know it was utter madness.
What? Blatant yellow
Can we, or should we appeal?Didnt think you could appeal yellows

Blatant?
He hardly touched him, and made an enormous meal out of it.
When the 2nd goal went in, Moyes didnt look like a man who wanted out.
Amazing, I only saw until Pienaar got sent off and fully expected to see us draw at the very best. Great result after a thoroughly shite week. Hopefully Southampton and Swansea can do us a favour.
No wonder Mucha's doing well, he's getting chauffeured around everywhere.

Well I for one am glad Fella misses the Stoke game
Great atmosphere at the game today. Was worried leading up to this that some fans would boo us onto the pitch!PMSL. I actually did laugh when he took it. Pathetic effort
Great stuff from Mucha, Heitinga, Coleman, Anichebe and Gibson, though everyone really played well.
One of the great things today was how the players reacted to the fans and let them know that they needed our help to see the game through.
Total party atmosphere when that Jelavic goal went in
Only real negative aside from the Pienaar sending off was Steven Naismith taking the worst corner of all time
Naismith was proper grim today.
he won the ball leading to 2nd goal
If Osman played like that every week we'd win the league
Everton boss David Moyes reflecting on his side's 2-0 win over Manchester City and the response to last week's FA Cup defeat by Wigan: "We have been good for the majority of season. We have had one or two dips but that was more like us today. I thought we had a bad performance last week, which the fans rightly reminded us about, but we just reminded them they are supporting a really good team.
"I thought we played really well in the first half. We were playing the champions so we knew it was going to be tough. When we had to be resilient we were and when we had to play well, we did. We scored a goal which was wrongly disallowed. I'm really pleased with how the players performed."
OMG - worked nights and have woke up hoping to watch the game on laptop. couldnt see a stream and thought WTF. Didnt realise it was early kick off.
Can someone sum up the performance. i.e did we pass ball well? how did fellaini play? (performance and attitude),
You missed the best game all season.
Unlucky
Crowd was fantastic throughout as well.
Think the ref helped wind us up in that respect.
Great too see a noisy Goodison park.

My mum hardly ever swears, but when they showed Kenwright on the telly, she said "Good god what an absolute cunt that man is".
The stupid prick will probably come out on SSN saying how awesome that game was and how much of a blue he is. The prick is holding us back.
Apparently someone tried to get on the pitch to join the City warm up.

It was the comedian Lee Nelson playing his caracter Jason Bent, most probably for a new tv series. Boss that he seemingly didn't arrange the prank with either club just decided to go for it!
Good to see Operation Goodison Exercise clamped down on it!
