Apparently Gareth Southgate has made some noises about doing the job on a part time basis.

Could be onto something here Dunc especially as we need a new leftback/centreback hybrid as well.

It could be the Blind leading the Blind.

Oh that's very good

Simon Jordan was on tv saying allardyce is fed up with getting the shitty jobs of saving a club for 6 months. That he feels he's earned the right to a better opportunity and with a proper contract
Simon Jordan is a cunt of the highest order who has no right piping up about anything. What the fuck has he ever done?

I thought when Allardyce left Palace, he did so to retire?!

Surprised Chris Hughton isn't on that list considering people like Mikel Arteta, Duncan Ferguson and Mark Hughes are.

There was a list someone did of win percentages and Hughton was really high up, like 5th, 6th or 7th or something. The impressive thing was it was over a long period of time.

I'd like to see us with a real 'coach' type of manager because we've got a group of players here that just aren't performing to the levels they are capable of and I can see a coach getting them where they need to be more easily than a Shouty McRedface type of manager.

I'm only here for the cladding/Bramley Moore Dock updates

Maybe he did. Maybe Everton was one of the few jobs that could have tempted him back. All immaterial now.

Make one last play for silva.

If that doesn't come off go and get Dyche on a three year deal.

Dyche. We can't afford to take a punt now. Need it sorting before the next game and we need an organiser

We've bottled making decisions at all the right times, no decision is often the worse decision.
