Where was Harry Kane in the pecking order before Bale went to Madrid !theres someone out there that Walsh has his eye on I'm sure, Koeman has never been convinced Rom would sign and has hopefully been prioritising replacements.

Lacazette

I would love us to make a real statement of intent and buy a quality replacement with a name every fan knows.  Sad thing is we would really struggle to buy someone like Lacazette or Belotti for the same reason we won't hold onto Lukaku for much longer, we are not at the top table of World football, by success, cash or prestige.

Just three good young players and the type of player I think we should be looking at.

Andre Silva (Porto) - Will probably get a bigger move but he is a very good young player, 21 y/o. 2nd top scorer in Portugal this season. 4 in 5 for Portugal.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andr%C3%A9_Silva_(footballer)

Andrea Belotti (Torino) - Top scorer in Serie A, been linked to Barca in recent weeks, 23 y/o.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andrea_Belotti

Mauro Icardi (Inter)
- Inter stuggling, may not get Europe, he's thier captain, Italy international and score goals. 24 y/o.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mauro_Icardi

I don't think we'f have much chance of getting any of these, but this is just an example the type of player we should be looking at in my opinion, young and to an extent proven. It will be so so hard to replace Lukaku if he does go... Had a really hard time thinking of anyone.

Mauro Icardi is an absolute dickhead.

Lacazette seems the most obvious replacement.

Don't know a lot about him to behonest, but his record is extremely good and he's looked good when I've watched him play.

Lacazette would be an amazing signing, but goes in the 'very unlikely' pile unfortauntely, might be more reaslitic if Lyon miss out on CL football, but we will be in a long queue for his signiture.

I reckon we will replace him with him. He is still going to sign boys and girl
Farhad Moshiri, Alisher Usmanov, Muhamed Besic, Idrissa Gana Gueye, Ademola Lookman, Oumar Niasse, David Henen, Barack Hussein Obama, Confucius... Everton Muslims growing stronger...

I've always liked Cedric Bakambu every time I have seen him.

Not as a direct Rom replacement, but him coming in with a main striker maybe like a Lacazzette, I dunno, it's a tough call to replace Rom.

Rooney will no doubt likely come in, will be an interesting summer to say the least.
