So we finally got to see him play at Goodison.
Too bad it wasn't in a blue shirt.
He almost scored too, hitting the post.
Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin)

He looked decent today I thought, and was unlucky with that shot that hit the post.

I am glad we never signed him though.

Really seemed to enjoy playing at Goodison. Didn't play badly either. Was very upset when substituted

I agree with you here. Reminds me of Beattie, ok for a lower team but not for us.

He looked offside for his chance that hit the post, but he hit it well

You could see how much he was enjoying playing at Goodison too, he had a good chase with Leighton Baines about five minutes before he was subbed and gave Baines a little pat on the back and you could tell he wished he was wearing Blue!

i assume you were at goodison   on tv he was clearly onside   .....  we were so lucky there

He reckons he will play for us at some time in his career. So let's hope he's wrong, because we'd surely have to get relegated first...
Oh well, at least Baines is still ace.

No room for sentiments, we want players at the club who are of quality.

Yeah you could see he'd jump at the chance to play for us, and to be fair he did okay yesterday but I still don't think he's good enough for us tbh.

I really like him, nice guy, not a bad player at all (certainly not as bad as people are making out here). Unfortunately I think the move to pompey was the wrong one, although it's ok saying that in hindsight. I was pleased to see him get an, albeit spluttering, applause, must have meant a lot to him. I always wonder how I would feel playing against everton, don't think I would be able to score against them, mainly due to the fact that I am a terrible footballer.
