Don’t think we will.

That said, is there anyone who has changed their minds regarding our prospects this season? Anyone thought we’d be in serious trouble but think we’ll be fine now or thought we’d be ok and thinks we could be in danger?

Just curious as it feels like ages since Koeman left.

I think we are in danger now. We probably won't go down because we have 3 starters to come back from injury and money to spend. There's absolutely nothing we've seen this season on the pitch though to suggest we aren't right in the middle of a relegation fight.

Fucking palace had 70% possession against us. I genuinely believe we are currently the worst side in the league. I voted for unsworth as next manager but having watched his teams we need to get someone else in and quickly. I think it might actually be getting worse despite the recent win and a draw

Just listened to Silva's interview after the match and he didnt say he was definitely staying.  He just said things happen in football but that he will be preparing his team again tomorrow so reading behind the lines I think there is a very good chance he will be leaving them.

Obviously he isnt going to say in an interview 'yea im more than likely leaving' but if he was definitely staying there and 100% happy he would have surely reiterated this and said I will be remaining a Watford manager.

I think Moshiri is going to pursue his man just like he did with Koeman and make sure he gets him. Maybe im reading into this a bit much but like everyone just want this saga over.

Was waiting for a Pulis shout.

He's won 2 games in 22 and west Brom have been even worse than us this season.

Literally not one reason to even consider him.

Silva was asked twice about his future by sky sports and bbc sport journos, he dodged the question both times, its fairly obvious his head has been turned, only a matter of time before we reach an agreement with Watford, he'll be in charge for the Southampton game

Ridge man. What's happened to you? Pulis? If you need to talk to anyone, and you're going through a rough time, give us a shout. Happy to listen.
Jeff: That's not the way to win.
Kathie: Is there a way to win?
Jeff: There's a way to lose more slowly.

Pulls? Fucking hell, is this just to make the thought of Allardyce more appealing?

I can't think of any other possible explanation.

It's just lowering expectations, Allardyce, Pulis, Pat Butcher.

Still want Unsworth, but can see us appointing a plonker now, or paying big money on a gamble.

At least the ugly ones wouldn't get too much of a long term deal and more likely to keep us clear of danger.

Clear as day. If he didn't want to go he'd be infinitely better off saying that. Saying nothing means he wants out

I tell you who I always thought would one day become our manager and sadly never will, and that’s the late Gary Speed.

Happy with either Silva or Dyche, people seem to think we should be appointing some big name foreign manager but realistically speaking we aren't a big enough draw, there's been everything from Ancellotti to Someone to the Monaco manager mentioned in here, no wonder people turn their nose up at actual obtainable targets.

Dyche is in 7th with Burnley, level.on points with Arsenal and only -3 goal difference less than them.  He's done a great job and fully deserves to be considered for a step up like us.

Silva looks the business, but he manages in the Premier League so suddenly he's not exotic enough, if he was managing in Germany everyone would be bigging him up as our saviour.  You want a young forward thinking manager who plays good attacking football? He's as good as we are going to get in that mold.

Hate all the negativity about candidates just because they don't manage in Germany
