You deal with it here and there, in your spare time, as a hobby.

Those lads live it 24/7.

They deserve a break and some fun, if for no other reason than the simple fact that if they didn't, they would feel awful, depressed and lethargic and that is not going to get our season back on track.

Plus, they are actual people with feelings and shit.

Fucking hell. A bit of moral boosting behind the scenes and doing some fun marketing. If they were not doing stuff like this I'd be more worried

What would please you?

"'Kin hell we've right fucked ourselve 'ere"

"The boss ain't got a clue how to run the club"

"We're shit but we still expect you to fork out your hard earned each week to see us play"

It was the same a few weeks ago when Jags and Baines did a questions and answers thing and were laughing and joking. The Twitter bellends were outraged that they should be having any form of enjoyment while the club was going through a bad patch.

It's pathetic.

I agree, I think the club need to impose something along the lines of a swear jar, any player caught smiling or laughing at Finch Farm, or in there own home has to burn have of their wages for that week. After a successful trial we could then implement random searches of phones to make sure no inappropriate emoji s have been used. And the only TV they're allowed to watch is humiliating Everton defeats or personal cocks up endured by the current squad.

What do you want them to do? Put up videos like 'Our biggest Anfield fuck ups', 'The day Arsenal thrashed us 7-0' and 'The Alex Nyarko chronicles'?

Does Reidy mention that "Inchy revenge" tackle on Marwood?

Mick Lyons got one helluva homecoming reception from us that day

Right now, the club need to be doing absolutely everything that they can to keep the player's spirits up and breed even more team spirit. There's nothing more soul destroying than getting beaten every week. It quickly saps away the confidence and creates friction within the dressing room. Keeping them in high spirits is sometimes the only way to counter that.

Noticed some comments like this on FB yesterday. I (sorta) get it, but no these are just employees trying to do their best. They can't fix the problems on the pitch and it's there job to be a cheerleader of sorts too.

I understand why people aren't receptive to "Hey...20% off a replica shirt today WOOT!" as I doubt many are in the mood for such things but I've no problem with it. Just scroll on by or don't check the feed.
