You need to wait for the next champs league draw around the 16th of March and then for UEFA to announce what day they will be playing. If they play on the Tuesday after then our game will get moved to Saturday and probably be midday kick off

I'd be fucking shocked.

I'm not even after a performance and playing decent footy anymore in these fixtures - as long as we fight for everything and don't roll over. The thought of the semi final at Wembley still makes me feel physically sick.

I'm hoping for Cenk Tosun to do a Wayne Clark and burst their bubble.

Like most of you, hate this fixture but will still watch (If it stays as a live game) in the hope that we will win.

It will be a Klopp love-in, as it is on Sky and you will get the slime ball, Dumbknapp, licking his arse all the way through the programme.

Anyone see the picture that Sky Sports put up when they announced the live games in April, said showing the Manchester and Merseyside derbies, the pic had Salah, Pogba and KDB, no Everton player at all, it was taken down and changed after about an hour, they've shoehorned Rooney in there now. Twitter was full of angry blues pissed off with sky and their bias

Saw it and sad to say that I was not surprised at all - take it as normal now for them, BT Sport and the BBC to only notice the so-called bigger clubs.

Imagine the excuses if they lose to City, "they had 24 more hours to recover" etc.

I don't think this will get moved, the Premier League will have planned for every eventuality with regards to the CL draw amd would have announced any fixture change pretty quickly. The fact that both the CL and Premier League games are fairly local and they've over 50 hours after our game to recover will be deemed ample time I would think.

Edit. Shut up!  :snigger:

Has no-one expained to him that the reason the game was moved was to give them an extra day to recover before the 2nd leg?

Although to be fair the most sensible time for the game would be Saturday 3pm, rather than 12.30. I guess this is what he is complaining about?

Swearing in an interview and throwing your dummy out of the pram.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-5509841/Liverpool-boss-Jurgen-Klopp-livid-Merseyside-derby-moved.html

The media will forgive him though and say he is right to be annoyed. However, if another manager were to do something similar, Radio 5 Live would spend a whole week of programs criticising that manager.

I always want us to beat them but I really hope we do so this time as the after match interview with Catweazle in a track suit, will be hilarious.

Sandwiched between the two CL SF's with City, we may, just may get something out of this if we put everything into it. Depends on what the result of the first semi is. If it's a hard fought close game then they will be looking towards the second leg and that might be good for us. As long as we don't do the usual bottle job of course.

I have no expectations (at least that are positive) but how they get on in the first CL game could definitely have an impact here. Either if it's tight going into the second leg (more likely to rest players or players take it easy) or they get soundly beaten (doubtful, but confidence getting kicked would be a good thing) then those scenarios might help us.

Im that bitter, id take a draw and several of their best players injured for City. The post match press conference would be a joy to behold

I canít see past a hammering tbh, I feel like the gap has really widened this year?

Yeah but we could be 10 points clear at the top of the league with three games to go and you'd still think we'll fuck it up. ;)

Pickford (by default), Coleman and Gana are the only players we have that would get in their side.

It'll tell you on your purchase confirmation whether it's a restricted view or not.

Are you sure you don't want to wait until next season?

Looking forward to this as it will be my 1st derby.
I have had to change plans for this fixture which is very irritating  :headbang:
Sky shouldn't be allowed to get games changed, as it doesn't fit with their schedule.
The fixtures are set at the beginning of the season
Yeah I'm with you man, but ultimately they pay the bills and all the clubs are subject to it, tbh if you read the small print on the ticket it's says it.

Obstructed views are more expensive for our fans in a derby mate.... Just joking, would be brilliant if you watched your first derby and it was a winning one, God were due one.

Honestly toying with the idea of sticking my ticket on stub hub for a grand just because I know it'd only be a Kopite that would pay that and they'd get launched from my spec after five minutes anyway.

I can imagine the hero worshiping  for Schniderlin if he replaced Gueye and scored the winner, I'd be one of them.

All coming together for a 1-0 Davy Klaassen win.
