Looks great !

I've been watching the building progress since they started, its amazing. Just imagine a stadium like that on Bramley Moore

The concourse and catering offers should be a benchmark for Bradley Moore, also the proximity of the seats to the pitch, I just hope Dan has taken a good look at this.

Bramley Moore won't be nearly as plush, and for good reason too. Shocking hike in prices.

Iíve got quite a few spurs mates back in my hometown in Ireland and my oul fella is one as well, they have all applied for season tickets even though the prices are ridiculous. They will sell out every week without any problem

That's not the point.

So what is the point?

That Everton can't afford to fuck their supporters like Spurs have just done, meaning we'll have to bear that in mind when spending on our new stadium. It's not going to be as 'plush' as the New White Heart Lane.

The cost of the build on Merseyside will be cheaper than in the capital therefore we should be able to have similar amenities for a much more reduced cost therefore passing the savings onto our supporters

Granted, the development will be reduced, however we will still have to be far more frugal. Just as the argument in the Bramley Moore Dock thread, Spurs have access to far more prospective customers/fans than Everton do. That's why they won't be worried about the price hike.

All that extra cash will have to be poured in to filling the fucking big hole we want to build on I would imagine....

What do we charge. Iíd much rather pay a premium for the football they produce/ paying not to be entertained has to be more expensive

Unfortunately not everyone can afford premium

That is true but I'd still argue they are getting better value for money than any Everton fan is currently
