Maybe more. He’s got 4 years left on his deal and Chelsea get £5m per season in loan fees. So they could easily get £15m by loaning him in the next 3 seasons then get £30m by selling him permanently with one year left on his deal (using the Keane price for comparison). So he’s at least a £45m asset to Chelsea... and that’s without inflation over the next 4 years.

Hopefully they just want rid to balance FFP.

I’d have him, really good player who will eventually settle down, erase the mistakes and become one of the league’s best.

The fee though...Ake cost Bournemouth £20m and he’s a bit pants. Think he’d cost at least £40m.
