No way he will do that or is that why Moyes hasn't signed the contract and the bookies have slashed the odds on Moyes becoming the next Man U manager yesterday already

Not a chance in hell.

Why would one of the biggest clubs in the world appoint a manager who has won the sum total of fuck all?

Rumour is Moyes to ManU, on the radio. Seems a bit too real.
Hope not.

Ah good, the annual Moyes to United thread.

With each passing year it sounds more and more ridiculous.

He did, it's just taken ILB two days to catch up.

Utd fans will be over the moon.

Because they know the talent of the man. And they are not so short sighted to realise that considering the resources at his disposal, Moyes is exceptional.

Potential is one thing but it's a hell of a gamble to put a manager with no kind of record at the very highest level of football in one of the biggest management jobs in football.

Highly doubt it. He lives for the game, I'd be very surprised if he wasn't there for a good few years yet. Seems like under zero pressure to move on too considering how they walked the league. The only reason would be to go out on a high but even then I'd be surprised.

If someone went to Newcastle now, would you expect them to win something in ten years having to sell to buy?

Thats the position we were in when Moyes took over.
