I'd almost forgotten the season will still going after the International break.

It looks like our season is going to fizzle out a bit, but it would be good to get a mini run going until the end of the season.

We really should be beating Villa though.

2-1.

Really putting all my supporting effort into hoping Villa get relegated. That would be wonderful.

We should be beating these, however based on the fact the we have pretty much a midfield ruled out, I can't see how we'll win this. No Felli, Arteta, Rodwell, Cahill and Saha. Think they will edge it with Downing and Young in their side. 0-2 :( Hope i'm wrong.

I know they've been crap this season but we always struggle with the pace they have in thier team. Young, Bent, Agbonlahor and to a lesser extent Downing and Albrighton could prove to be real problems for us.

I think it will be a draw, but with goals so I'll go with:

Everton 2-2 Aston Villa

Beckford, Bilyaletdinov

An Ashley Young clearly offside + using his hand in the 100th min to make it 1-1 after villa having had 0 shots on goal before that

if it happened it would be vs fkn villa

its usually a good game between us 2.

I can't call it, hopefully we play as good as we did against them last time, but score.

Young played in both England matches so that's probably a good thing for us. Agbonlahor has been fairly shit this season and Bent hasn't been much better since moving to Villa. I also get the impression that about half the team just don't want to play for Villa anymore.

We should win this, but we will obviously concede. Their defence is garbage though, let's just hope we can take advantage.

3-2

Hate Villa and hate drawing with them. Hated the rivalry we had for a few seasons too, because they were shit :D

Good time to play them because they won't quite be "backs against the wall" quite yet, and they have been shit, not to mention the all seem to hate Houllier.

Glad the proper football is back, looking forward to having the nerves/exciting feeling i have on a saturday.

Can see it being 2-2, hope i'm wrong though and we can get a win.

Would love it if we could beat them 3-2, they equalise in 90th min to make it 2-2 then we go down the other end and score to make it 3-2, give them some of there own medicine. :)
