Finish work at half 2 on Sunday, in Aintree, and hope I can go the game.

How long is it after kick off that they stop letting people in? Is it half-time?

Cheers.

when i was a steward main gates closed at 10 past kick off and late gates closed at 15 mins past kickoff, theirs a late gate for every part of the ground, main stand south was number 6, i doubt its changed. I have got in later than that by knocking on the disable access door by the family enclosure, but once ur gettin to 20 past ur lookin at a cheeky side door or somethin =]

Shite. I still think I should make it. It shouldn't take THAT long to get from Aintree to Goodison, even in match traffic.

I'll probably go after most of the match traffic anyway.

30 mins in the car, 20 if u treat the speed limit as just a 'guide' 10 to park the car.... u should just be ok ;)

Take you about ten minutes from the racecourse, might be quicker to get dropped off just before the big roundabout and walk the rest of the wAy.

So take your time walking from work on Sunday.
