Fantastic display from everyone on the field today. Determination, passion and a quality goal to seal another last day victory.

For me, it sums up what could have been.

We need a striker to partner Beckford next season, good left and right wingers and we should be set. If that means selling one of Rodwell, Fellaini or Arteta, then so be it.

I'm not sure we'd get enough money from selling either Arteta or Rodwell for that.

Yobo, Yakubu and sadly Bilya might bring in some decent funds though.

A good way to end the season, just about everything you'd want in a performance. A bit of hope for next season which is nice.

BTW, Shorty was just on the signed on list, therefore I highly doubt he was one of the squad out there today :D

Yeah, with those additions. I love Fellaini, but we have shown we can easily cope without him and he is not missed, so perhaps we can get the best money for him of the three.

We do need to sacrifice someone in order to build that's for sure.

Brum suffered from the classic post final come down I suppose, just seemed to take their eyes off the ball for a few weeks following winning the league cup.

Also good to see Heitinga just getting on with playing centre mid rather than being a miserable cunt like at the start of the season.
