Coleman has replaced Duffy on the bench.

Makes more sense, no need to have senderos and duffy on the bench. Hopefully he can get some more minutes.

EFC XI to play Sunderland: Howard, Baines, Heitinga, Saha, Donovan, Distin, Cahill, Neville, Pienaar, Osman, Fellaini.
Substitutes: Nash, Bilyaletdinov, Arteta, Vaughan, Senderos, Anichebe, Duffy.

No Coleman.

new centre back pairing of heitinga and saha sounds intriguing.

fucking awesome bench for once!

It's a good bench, and it's about time!

Yeah, I like the way the bench looks, though I've never seen Nash play,

massive game tonight imo.

overtake fulham and close the gap on brum providing they get beat by chelsea at the bridge.

particularly important given the run of games we've got coming up next month.

I concur.  ;)

And, at last we've got a bench that looks like if needed it could produce something. Come on Everton....lets prove the game against City wasn't a one off.

He's only played once, which was against BATE when the game didn't matter.

Signed Jan Mucha and he's joining us in the summer. He should provide more competition for Howard than journeyman Nash.

Any ideas how good Mucha is? Will he actually push for 1st team, or will he be a good back up? I really don't know alot about him?

Well he's first choice at Legia Warsaw and they've won a few things and he's also the Slovak national keeper. He's not too old, heading towards the age for a good keeper. I reckon he'll definitely be more competition than Nash.

Cool...cheers mate. I feel for Nash though, Evertonian and only the one game to his name a loss against BATE. Oh well....he's getting paid to warm the bench...can't all be bad.

Anyway....9am here in New Zealand and the game is live on Sky...Gutted, I'm stuck at work!!!

Lovely floated ball by Fellaini and just helped on by Cahill. Great start.

"The key to this is that it lands to someone who knows how to head a ball"

Andy Gray summed it up well there.

Come on you blues.
Oh well, at least Baines is still ace.
