Was Cahill injured or was it just a straight swap?

Swap. Cahill was completely ineffective.

Standard.

Outplay inferior opposition but lack the spark or the cutting edge to capitalise.  Drenthe needs to stay fit because as things stand he's our only difference maker.

Inside sharpattack...a little piece of him died......
Not at all. But let's get it right, it was a deflection. In fact if we're being honest he got in the fucking way. He's still useless.

15 shots on target, 13 off and 13 corners. It's hardly a shit performance. That can't be put down to poor strikers or poor tactics. They defend and blocked as if their lives depended on it, and Ruddy had some fantastic saves.

We can all have a moan when we play badly and don't get any shot s on target. But on some days, things just don't fall your way. This was one of those days.

Some people will just moan for the sake of it.

Very few were clear cut chances though, were they? We did do better than we have done of late, but it is so clear that the tactics and personnel are not working and that's what's so frustrating.

I hope that Moyes has seen today that we do have options and that some of the old guard can start to be culled off because they are not the future and they are not performing.

Bad tactics. Our team is better that Norwich one.
Moyes must leave if he can not manage this team.
What a shame. A big fuc*ing shame.

He deliberately turned a shot that was going straight at the keeper in to the back of the net you sub-human tool.

Positives today
-McAlney, had a couple of chances (the first he should have done better, he choked a little bit) looking forward to seeing how he develops
-Denis- got involved, created chances was much much better then cahill, hopefully he starts alongside Saha on wedensday
-Drenthe... cant believe how good this bloke is, nearly won us the game by himself, i cant wait to have Donovan and Drenthe working together

Also we played decent

I think he certainly brings something to the table and at the moment he looks dangerous even if it's not as a direct goal threat yet.

Moaning for the sake of it, are you joking?

What a crap team selection.

Only DM can understand why Drenthe was not playing from the off?

Why is the bag of shit, Neville, still playing in midfield?

Why is Cahill who has been out of form and did nothing for an hour today still starting?

In addition, can no-one in the team take a decent corner?

When is Hibbert retiring?
