Geordie Blue

I'll be a happy man on Saturday when Saha smashes home a hat-trick COYB

Thanks and goodnight - literally!

"The definition of stupidity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." Albert Einstein

If someone cannot fly by jumping off a small cliff, it would not help them (and would be more dangerous) for them to try to fly off a big cliff.  Mr. Clanger is essentially saying that playing Velios or Straq upfront would be like jumping off an even bigger cliff (than Saha).

To continue with the metaphor - we HAVE to continue jumping off A cliff (every Saturday), but no need to make the cliff a bigger one

And, if you can follow that metaphor, you can follow anything!

...So does Barkley. Especially Barkley as it seems Moyes lost a little faith in him after a few matches (and yes I know he's been injured as well).
Well if he's been injured it's hardly Moyes losing faith now is it?

I'm sure once Barkley comes back from injury and gets in a few reserve games that he'll be back on the bench at least.
