This game has really summed us up for a good two months now. Too frustrating going forward and so lacklustre at the back.

Only one goal is good enough for the first half :)

That quick free kick to us in added time, intercepted 3 yards away.........why not a re-take?

Shit, shit, shit. And that's just Fellaini. And Bily can shut the feck up, moaning in that article about us hoofing it all the time when all he's done is cross it - to no one.
At this rate we'll be in the title race next year... For the championship, that is.
Come on Everton, get your arses in gear, these really are here for the taking.

EDIT: Well at least Felli got his arse in gear  :P

We are in big deep shit.

Our injury crisis is nearing its end yet we are still no threat.

I hope the new year brings new success.

Frankly, most of 2009 has been a thoroughly shit year for Everton.

Yep. The victories in the FA cup aside, 2009 was as successful for us as it was for Woolworths.

We've been the better team we just can't get on the end of that final pass, sunderland won't keep making those last ditch tackles at some point they'll miss one and hopefully we can score. Still looking shaky at the back though, especially vulnerable in the air and against pace.

Think it's time to start discussing the 'R' word.  Keep our heads above water.

I've only half seen some of this half after a bit of a mishap I've had today (more of that later in general chat.....), but I'm just struck by how toothless we look when we get ourselves in to good positions.

We just don't look to have any penetration or pace when we get in to the final 3rd, and we're too slow at getting the final ball played nearly every time.  We just get there, and go sideways until we either lose it or play an awful cross in.

I'd stick Yak or Vaughan on, probably Vaughan actually.  His directness could open things up for us.

The more I see Tony Hibbert play, the more I am convinced I could of played professional football and he should do my job!
