Yak would start for me, Saha has been great but Yak is coming back whereas Saha looks knackered.  This is the sort of game we need to take 3 points from if we are serious about getting Europa, I can't see us not taking them 2-0.  Cahill, Arteta.

Tend to disagree, I am a Bily fan but this will be a scrappy game, not something Bily is suited to right now.

: Howard, Neville, Jagielka, Distin, Baines, Osman, Rodwell, Heitinga, Cahill, Pienaar, Saha. Subs: Nash, Hibbert, Yobo, Bilyaletdinov, Yakubu, Gosling, Senderos.

It is okay and should be enough but would like to see Yakubu and Bily at some point.

Come on you fuckin' blue boys. I need a comfortable win today. I just hope Arteta makes it.

He hasn't :(  We should still have enough to do em though.

It is all a bit dull and predictable so far.

Some good crosses going in but no one is there.

Seriously, Baines is putting great balls in today and nobody is in there!

Yeah they were the few clear cut chances I remember.

I found the rest of the match so bloody boring.

I agree it was hardly mesmerising.  Our approach play was fine and the crossing, for a change was largely excellent.  It was a very slow paced game though.
