Well I think that's season over in my opinion. Hurts to say that as I really did think we'd get Europe but unless we win our last five games then we won't be playing on the continent next season. Very poor today and that's cost us.

Successive draws against fucking Wolves and fucking West Ham. FFS.

It's becoming a bad habit. I hope we're playing a decent side next...

It just isn't good enough, drawing against Wolves and West Ham, hopefully not being in Europe next season will be a blessing and we will have a better season next season in domestic competitions

Yep, I agree. I think that's it now with regards to the season. I thought the Villa game would be the pivotal one, but in all reality even if we win there we still need Villa to slip up - and results to go for us. It's not going to happen.

The important thing now is Pienaar. We need to sort out his contract for sure.

To be fair to West Ham they seemed to have had renewed confidence, I wonder what Zola said to them at half-time. As for us, we played as if we were really missing Arteta and we gave the ball away many times. The opposition looked the hungrier team in the second half, but even then we really should have won the game.

We can't rule out finishing in the top 7, however, it's a bigger mountain to climb now and I fear our time is running out. Hopefully next season we can improve on our consistency and hopefully in the next 6 games, we don't suffer any more long term injuries.

So where are the 5-0 and 6-0 nil batterings people were predicting on here?? West ham had to end their run at some time. I had a funny feeling about this game all week and so it proved.
