Anichebe looking a real threat now. Far improved from his early years, its like he finally realises the attributes he has.

Looked like he can be a threat down the left side too, which was an added bonus.

Only on for part of the time, but Yak get's my vote for MoM. He was the difference for me. Great penetration for the assist to Cahill, great goal...brilliant.
All Together Now...For Everton!!!

lol bbc website....

"Rovers went into the match having kept three clean sheets in their last three games but they were stunned by Everton's blistering opening which saw them keep possession in a manner akin to Barcelona."

I think if you take into consideration Blackburns home form since christmas, then todays win for us is even more impressive.

Man U could not win there (0-0), nor did Chelsea(1-1) I think they have lost once since new year to Villa and won every other game at home?

Just got back in, and well, that was a pleasant surprise.

When they got back to 1-1 I thought here we go again, so I thought fuck it, went out and did some work.

That'll teach me to fear the worst...  :bonk:

I can now relax and watch it all on Football First.  ;D

That's the thing though.

Donovan misses for three or four yards...it's a disgrace.
Cahill taps it in from two yards...it's expected.

Cahill should not deserve praise because he scored from all of two yards. Donovan should receive criticism for missing from three or four yards, which he duly did.

Let's be honest, both of these players are professional, international footballers and both would be expected to score from there. Granted, Cahill did it, but I won't be doffing my hat anytime soon.
