Merry Christmas Evertonians!

As a present to you all, Mikel Arteta has told people he hopes to be back in training VERY early in the new year

Who says theres no such thing as Santa!
I am most definately NOT Sylvain Distin, or Leon Osman

Shorty's info in the past has been very good so I reckon it's fingers crossed on this one that everything goes well !

Very good news indeed.
But how soon into the new year?
I'm hoping January.
I've always doubted we'll see him before Easter.
Of course, I hope I'm wrong.
The sooner the better !
And that applies to Jags and the others too.

yay shortys back. Hope he is right about this. We could do with him. More important we get jags back fit and he hits the ground running.  cheers shorty. Merry christmas.

Hes back in traning soon, but when is he going to be ready for the bench?  to start?  and be back to his old self?  These are the questions that are bothering me.

There's every chance it could be next season before he's back to his best, but I'd be happy seeing him on the pitch helping us out however he can. We need him and Jags back badly...

Fantastic news. No doubt he'll need a good month in full training, with a couple of reserve matches, before he starts to make the bench. One step at a time and all that.
