Ridiculous that people are turning their noses up at him - he'd be immense for us

Neither was Darren Gibson

McCarthy would be a good signing - he's a very different player to Fellaini though.

If we finish top 4 and get CL football, surely that means we can buy him at the buyout clause price, therefore making ourselves ~£12m and keeping one of our best players?  Transfer inception.

I think we wouldn't try and replace Fellaini with a like for like player as there isn't one out there.I'd imagine 3 or 4 players will be brought in to strengthen other areas

Quite like the look of McCarthy, Moyes seems to be a big admirer of him
You think Lou Bega knocked it out of the park with Mambo number 1?!No but he kept at it!

Welbeck! Yes please sir!

A player that I've always not wanted to rate yet most times I watch him I'm forced to admit to myself that he's a good forward.

He'd definitely be a good option for us and would either compliment or cover Jelavic well.

Sound theory, as long as the 3 or 4 players wages don't massively exceed what we pay fellaini.

We'd be looking at bargain basement rather than brilliant.

Would that be an overall positive move? Dunno..

Actually the new TV deal will allow the club to increase the wages quite a lot and still drop percentage of turnover used to pay them.
