I thought they were a race course.

We'd need a very fit team to play that then.

Anichebe would fall at the first hurdle!

Kevin Mirallas has made some progress with his hamstring injury but Monday likely to be too soon. Coleman likely to be fit #EFC

no point in injuring him against Cheltenham, may as well injure him against Swansea.

Only problem that's going to arise with resting Baines is that someone is going to take a heart attack and find a twitter page that says it's because he's in Paris to hold talks with PSG.

I would like to see baines, ossie, pienaar and jags rested.
Would be a good game for jelavic to gain some confidence.
3-0 to us

Don't think center backs need resting but agree ossie and pienaar could use one. So couldJelavic but as you say he could use some goals- but he should manage some off the bench if asked to.

I'd like to see ross in ossie's place, oviedo in Baines, vellios for jelavic.

something like that anyway, I think pienaar could probably do with a rest as well.

                       Mucha
Coleman Heitinga Jags Oviedo

Naismith Hitz Fellaini  Gueye

                 Barkley
                               Victor

Just think Baines, Howard, Distin, Neville, Jelavic and Ossie could have a breather here, swap Vellios for Victor early on if we are doing well.

At Leeds Moyesy left it to late, three changes at HT and I think we would have won, we were crap first half there.

Completely disagree with resting goalie for to be rested, people in top balcony do more cardio walking up the stairs than howard does.

Think the defence needs to be the same as usual (one change at most).

--------------------------Howard-------------------------
------Coleman----Jagielka---Heitinga----Baines--------
-----------------Hitzlsperger-----Osman-----------------
--------Naismith--------Fellaini-------Oviedo------------
-------------------------Anichebe-------------------------

Agree with this, nice balance of first teamers and fringe players.

Play the kids and squad players. Far to many injuries to risk important players
