Bit hard to work out the formation as Hibbert is obviously a right back but so it McLaughlin.

-----------------------Springthorpe-------------------
---McLaughlin----Hibbert-----Browning----Touray---
------------------Lundstram---Williams---------------
------------Hope----------Grant-------Kennedy------
---------------------------Long-------------------------

I'm hugely impressed by the quality of play, it's much better than the old reserve league. The commentators are very good too.

It was a decent header from a corner, the reaction was a mixture between encouragement and disappointment as the keeper saved it. :)

Missed the first 20 minutes, seemed a little under the cosh.

Hope had a decent effort near the end though.

The start was more even, both teams playing at high tempo but giving the ball away a bit too much, then United grew into it and that's where you joined in.

I know its Manure TV, but I wish the commentators would do a bit more commentating. As opposed to constantly talking utter shite about Utd.

They're really good, aren't they. They're balanced enough (for MUTV commentators), they know their stuff and they're prepared in terms of stats and pieces of trivia.

What I like, is the fact that we try and play football in the same manner as the first team. Can only be a good thing.

But curiously, not using the same formation, only the same approach. They're still a long way away, too many times they receive the ball on the half turn with their backs to the goal. But when they get it right, it's nice and flowing stuff.
