Maybe not 3-1 but it's hard to deny City have been a fair bit better than us today.

agreed. we're being schooled now. pity.

You really have both been watching a very different game from me.

Agree. Strange game, the players who are least popular: Naismith, McCarthy, even Osman all played really well today, whereas the usual suspects Baines, Coleman etc were non existent.

we were never going to stay undefeated forever. i would rather drop points away to title contenders than teams we should be beating and finishing above. ref has been shite but city have deserved it regardless. just tastes bitter because we've essentially been denied any fight back by poor decisions.

If the referee did his job properly we might have won this.

Their interplay has been irresistible though.
Finally found the thread where I said Deulofeu wasn't all that.

We will see in a few years where he is at. I'm betting he'll be at a worse club than Everton rather than at Barcelona.

Currently at Watford.

Was good while it lasted but unfortunate way to end the unbeaten run. Shit happens.

Rather it be to them as there is no shame in it then against Crystal Palace or Hull
Are we there yet?

Sure, they have dominated after they got the BS pen to go up 3-1.  No surprise there.

This could easily have been 1-1, 2-1, or 2-2.  Any of those would be a fair result.

Weve been shit today. Too many poor performances. Still we move on. Losing away at City is no shame

The old classic from the ref. Give city a couple of yellows after you've decided the result of the match so it doesn't look too biased to the people assessing your performance.

It's not in his nature but I hope Martinez pulls the ref in his interview post match.
