So, Bobby "Good feet for a big man"?

Martinez is obviously an expert communicator, master motivator, and highly intelligent, but I wonder if a lot of it is just for show.

One thing I have enjoyed is Martinez' accentuated use of some of his favourite words:
Unique
Quality
Strive
Potential
Honest
Mentality
Special
Arrogant

So is it more sizzle than steak, does he deceive with his style of English, or does Martinez really have the goods, have what it takes to get us to the "next level"?

I think he definitely does have what it takes to get us to the 'next level'. This is clearly a transitional period for the club, the biggest one in over a decade, and yet we're right in the fight for European football.

If that's not evidence for his managerial potential then I don't what is...

We are the perfect club for him, traditional, good academy & no trigger happy chairman. He is also perfect for us to get to the next level. He is bold, shows class & is embracing all that is good about the club. He is defo the right man for everton & capable of making us win a pot or 2. As for the loan bashers, does it really matter that they are 'ours'? a player you own can be great for a year then tail off. There is no guarantee that a permenant signing will work out, as long as they have an Everton shirt on & perform i am more than happy

But I forgive him, English isn't his first language after all.

Character and football club, sounding more Northern than Peter Kay!

Arrogance is my particular favourite - you'd have been forgiven for thinking Wigan had 11 Ibrahimovics last year!
