No

He's nailed on to score isn't he...
There are only two things I can't stand in this world. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures... and the Dutch.

It's tough to call, we will have plenty of the ball but we aren't doing much with it at the moment.

Don't know why anyone is concerned about Carroll. This is at odds with the other thread where most people are saying Jagielka has been our most consistent player. He's a full international and should be able to handle a stone-age player like Carroll

“It was the best 10 years of my career, in fact they are the only team I ever actually played for. That’s what happens when you play for Everton, you forget the rest, the rest means nothing.” - Duncan Ferguson

West Ham are a very poor side, yes they've hit a bit of form, but poor nonetheless.

A comfortable 3-0 home win.

If we had been playing this fixture 2 months back i would have said 3 - 0 to us but not so sure, i still think we will win but by the odd goal

Whats with all the worry and negativity in this thread? We've lost once at home all season, we have players back from injury, we are playing well. Like i said earlier West Ham are a very poor side with a very poor manager who hasnt got a clue about how to play the game, they will play hoof ball all day long, their midfield is useless, their defence is awful, their record at Goodison is awfull. I seriously think this will be an easy game, in fact ive changed my mind and im now going for a 4-0 stroll.

When was the last time we won a game convincingly?

They've also had more clean sheets than anyone in the league so they're not awful defensively.

If Allardyce wants a 0-0 we've hardly showed, in recent weeks, that we're bound to open up a packed defence time and again. He's also not a manager who, when 1 or even 2-0 down will think sod it and throw caution to the wind and thus opening up the space.

Thats what we will do this Saturday, all in saying us why are people worrying about playing West Ham at home, not one of their players would get into our team, that in itself speaks volumes.

Not many of our players would get into Chelsea's team last Saturday yet we'd expect to give them a tough game.

This isn't to say that we shouldn't expect to win, of course we should, but they're in good form and we're only in ok form. To discount both of these angles when considering the match is pretty short sighted.
