I could see this being a grind, as they park the bus and we finally break through sometime between 70' and 80' for a 1-nil victory.

We simply must win this game and ideally with a bit of swagger so we can develop some momentum with some decent fixtures on the horizon.

Would like to see a front 4 of Deulofeu, Barkley, Mirallas and Lukaku with Jagielka back in defence. That's theoretically our most attacking quartet and a home match against a team battling relegation with questionable abilities is surely the best opportunity to try this youthful and pacy line up.

Be nice if we could take the lead early for once. Seriously frustrating to constantly be waiting until the 70th or 80th minute to score against these teams we should be beating.

I went through our last 19 league matches this year.  I count 6 first half goals out of our last 19 matches.

Seems to be a weakness against sides like Cardiff.  Early goals seem to translate to wins against the weaker opponents.  Not as effective against the big boys (late goals rule).

If we grinded out eleven 1-0 results between now and the end of the season, all scored in the latter stages of games, would you complain?

I'm a bad curse.

I texted me mate asking him the score in the Chelsea game, he said "0-0 92 mins". Text back a second later with "1-0 lampard"
