People lap up what they see on MOTD

Nah. Bony is a great player regardless of what they say on MOTD.

Against Napoli he was isolated for the whole 90 minutes, but still had their entire defence on toast.

I bet if we watched him for 90 minutes week in and week out we would all have the same problem with him as we do with Lukaku.

I think the criticism of Lukaku is a bit overblown (but his hold up play isn't what is should be). I've seen Bony over 90 minutes a good number of times this season (not as much as Lukaku) and I'd say he's more complete than the majority of strikers in the league. He's like Negredo but not as good.

Just my opinion, but I think he'd score a hatful in our system. He has the attributes RM seems to want in a striker which people say Lukaku doesn't.

BBC saying Jagielka is 50-50 and Pienaar will miss out and won't be back for another two or three weeks.

Howard is captain today...was he last week too? I forget.

Nah Osman was last week.

Won't happen next season if we blow our load on Bony.

We started off pressing the ball and squeezing the lines with a high defence really well. We stopped doing that and they've come in to it in a big way.

Apart from the pen Baines has been non-existent as an attacking threat and Mirallas even worse. He's been a liability.

So has anyone who had the fact that Bony is an excellent player down as an MOTD promulgated myth changed their mind yet?

We're so open. The gap between our defence and midfield which was perfect for the first 25 is now enormous.

McGeady is fucking boss, i love him.

Ironic that he's been our biggest threat but he's been involved in none of the goals, whereas players who've offered very little have been.

Big block from Distin but he's been run ragged all afternoon!

as have all our defence...

Exactly. Swansea could have scored a hatful and the defence is largely culpable.
