Confident enough. Carlisle are are 15th in league one and have only won away from home twice this season (from 22 games).

Hopefully a good game.

Scrappy 1-0, Osman to score.
Oh well, at least Baines is still ace.

Heh great sig!  I love how he accidentally tosses his shirt and has to stop celebrating immediately to get it back in his hands.

Disagree with Duffy playing unless we are one or two nil up. Carlisle will be up for this.

RIP
Anyone here old enough to remember Carlisle in their only season in the top division ? they finished bottom in 1974/5 ish but beat us home and away ... If we'd won those 2 games we'd have won the league that year .. we were actually 2 - 0 up at Goodison and lost 3 - 2 !!!!! We need to gve them a real good tonking to exorcise that ghost !

Why did he get booked for it exactly? I thought you could take the shirt off if you have a vest? Or was it because of the biblical quote?

The rule was introduced because of players having slogans under their shirts and as it now stands slogan or not if you remove your shirt it is a booking.

Good point. Let's hope so.

Bit of a banana skin this one. I saw them play Pompey in the Carling Cup at Brunton Park. They aren't actually that bad a team. And but for a bit of luck, they could have given Pompey a real fright.

Having said that I would hope for 3-0 just to keep the confidence up.
