I actually think Naismith has been pretty good centrally, whether it be up front or behind the striker but opinions I guess.

We went into the 10-11 with Saha, Beckford and (a shite) Anichebe so it wouldn't be the worst.

Yes, but we were appalling up front...

I wouldn't say that was much to go on!

Anyway, I'm sure we'll get another stiker.

Failing that, if we went more often with that Naismith withdrawn and two wide forwards that we used against Arsenal and Utd then that'd be ok too.

Read something this morning that Monaco's owner has to pay something like £2.5 billion to his soon to be ex wife. Wonder if we could get a 2-4-1 on Traore and that fella Falcao

If I'm honest I just have a fetish for Ivorian strikers!

Yeah I thought she might want to piss him off some more so she might buy us, well either that or just spend it on shoes and handbags.

I am quite open to the idea of Traore next season. He and Kone will be good options but I hope that another proven striker comes in or it will be a struggle for goals.

Wouldn't be against the likes of Albrighton, if I was Martinez I'd be trying to bring in cheap players like Albrighton and Redmond to fill the squad out and if we end up missing out on Europe next year you can just ship them straight back out for decent profits.

If we were to sign lacina on loan, redmond for say £5m and remy for say £10m and then got in another centre mid for around £5-10m would people be happy, i think i would be

I would assuming that we can get 1 or 2 more on loan or for cheap.

would redmond be cheap?
I knew that someday I was going to die, and I knew that before I died, two things would happen to me. That number one; I would regret my entire life, and number two; that I would want to live my life over again.

When Chris hughton took him from Birmingham he cost I think? two and a half mill. I thought at the time he was a big miss for Everton.  The one that got away in that particular transfer window. I would think 5 mill plus at least now?

Ask PJK said I'd guess about 6 million, it's not like he was incredible for Norwich. He's said he's happy to stay and play in the championship though so I doubt he'll be forcing through any moves.

Redmond is a poor player… very greedy, makes the wrong decision almost every time, has little in his locker bar a bit of pace and trickery.  Not sure why people want him here, he'd not even be a good squad player IMO.  Better players out there for probably a similar amount on the continent I'd very much imagine.  Seriously he isn't a good player, typical over hyped prospect just because he's quick and can dribble a little.  Oh and he can shoot with decent power, which he seems to like to do a lot despite most being wild and the wrong option
