Innocent until proven guilty but it's not looking very good so far.

Looks like she’s run out of money and coming back for more. If he did commit the crime she should have given the police a full statement at the time and refuse to accept any financial pay off, then the proper legal practices would come into play and the courts would decide whether he was guilty or innocent, the fact that she chased the money ten years ago and agreed to sign a paper to end the matter with financial gain agreed by both parties suggests that it’s not as clear  cut as anyone might think.

Never actually that cut and dried with a crime like that though is it?

Time and time again this type of argument is proven to be utter horse shit and women (and indeed men who have been raped) have been forced into silence by rich powerful people.

The Jimmy Saville stuff should have ended this reasoning really. "who are the police going to believe, a child or a national treasure?" kept literally dozens of victims quiet for decades.

This originally come from a very reliable source in Germany who had been investigating this story for months and made sure when they release it, it’s with facts.

The fact there’s been statements from Nike and now juventus (a very crass statement at that) tells you there’s something behind this.

He took advantage of a women in a very poor moment in life and paid her off. Now because of the me too movement she’s in a position of power and knows people will finally take notice of what’s happened.

This is what the me too movement should be about. Not taking pictures of men ‘manspreading’ on the bus.

It reminds me very strongly of Sunderland statements about Adam Johnson. He was very professional too.

Yeah, thats a shambolic attitude for Juve to take.

If he did it, then he should be fully prosecuted.
