Only way we could sign De Bruyne would be by selling Barkley
Simply simply lovely

If we got into the CL next season we may stand a chance of getting De Bruyne.

Would obviously love him here but if Wolfsburg keep going good guns in the league (2nd at moment) he will probably want to stay there as they will be in the CL.

Meh, Wolfsburg Schmulfsberg.....who are they anyway? We just stuffed them 2-0 in their own back yard ;)

Nah Jim. I think we can afford to get De bruyne without selling Barkley. We just paid 28 for Lukaku. It depends on how much we paid up front for him. There's an extra 30 mill TV money and our wage bill is under control. Why not go for him, as mentioned "if we get into the Champions league"? We could be a possible destination for him. tell you what though, if we did go and spend some of the next installment of tv money on a winger then...

Mirallas    Barkley/eto'o  £15/20m wideman

                   Lukaku

That's frightening. CL standard.

Then we have the men to get the ball back!!!

His last two games in Europe have been very encoraging....... The West Ham game in between less so. Either scored or set up a goal in each game tho

De Bruyne is out of our reach. Wolfsburg have more money than us and don't need to sell.

He's the sort of calibre of player we need to push on though.

A lot of us were saying that we should've gone for De Bruyne when he was being frozen out at Chelsea. Reckon our chance is gone now, but Perisic might be gettable.
