McGeady needs to come on for Barkley or Eto'o.

Plenty of time to go and they'll tire as the match goes on.
Finally found the thread where I said Deulofeu wasn't all that.

We will see in a few years where he is at. I'm betting he'll be at a worse club than Everton rather than at Barcelona.

Currently at Watford.

Eto'o off Pienaar or Osman on and Mirallas to the right.

Soldados first goal for 9 months.

9 fucking months for a £30M striker.

Why us, why always fucking us?

Lukaku has been completely anonymous, but it's not really his fault. Barkley and Eto'o occupying the same sorts of spaces, and with Mirallas cutting in like he does we have absolutely no width. We can't find a pass once we've got the ball 40 yards from goal because nobody's in a decent position.

There's no reason that a Lennon-Mason-Bentaleb-Eriksen midfield should be running this. Need McGeady or Pienaar for either Eto'o or Barkley to balance us out.

We were kind of asking for it, moping around after their first goal.

We've got this completely wrong tactically.

They know we play possession so they're sitting in and springing us every time our moves break down. They're happy to play reactively. We should have called their bluff and dropped off and inviting them out. Force them to play in a way they're not comfortable with an impatient and demanding crowd. A midfield of Bentaleb and Mason offers nothing when there aren't any gaps. Now we're losing it's too late.

Barkley off, Pienaar on and over to the left with Mirallas on the right. It's our most balanced line up and it always has been.
