Apart from Robles, Kone, Atsu and Garbutt, i'd like to see the team made up entirely of the U21's side.

My lineup (depending on who's fit) would be:

-----------------------Robles------------------------
Hibbert--------Browning------Jagielka------Garbutt
----------------Barkley---------Barry---------------
Atsu-------------------Osman-----------------Oviedo
-------------------------Kone-------------------------

Bench: Howard, Alcaraz, Galloway, Junior, Ledson, Chris Long, McAleny

Barry is suspended for the QPR game so he might as well play this fixture. Ideally I would have liked Gibson to play but once again he has been missing with injury since international duty. It would be interesting to see Barkley continue to play more a deeper role and hopefully, Oviedo will be available for this game.

One player who seems to have been completely forgotten is Fransisco Junior, obviously he is not seen at all as part of the first team especially after that ill fated debut against Leeds a few seasons ago - but if he is fit then might as well have him available for this nothing game.

What‘s the point of overworking and risking Jagielka et al in the meaningless game? It‘s a perfect opportunity to rest the key players and test some youngsters.

                       Robles
Browning  Galloway  Alcaraz  Garbutt
                  Jones  Ledson
            Atsu  Dowell  Oviedo
                      Kone
